Gemini Man is a Robot Master from the Classic Mega Man series. Originating from the game Mega Man 3, he's among one of the many boss characters in the Mega Man franchise.
Roleplaying, fanfiction, and other fandom explorations has made him become one of my personal favorite Robot Masters in the series. This fan page is a showcase of both canon information as well as a hub for various headcanons, concepts, and other meta I have.

Canon Information
Gemini Man acts as one of the various bosses for the Mega Man series. (Robot Masters in English, Numbers in Japan. This page will freely switch between the two terms.) His home game of Mega Man 3 has him joined with his linemates Needle Man, Magnet Man, Hard Man, Top Man, Snake Man, Spark Man, and Shadow Man.
Though not described in the game itself, both the Japanese and English instruction manuals for the game explain Gemini's backstory. Pretending to have reformed from his misdeeds, Dr. Wily convinces Dr. Light into a partnership where they are attempting to develop a "peace-keeping" robot named Gamma. Gemini is actually a joint venture between the two doctors to mine materials in order to help create Gamma. In the middle of the operation, the third line "suddenly" go beserk and start causing havoc. During Mega Man 3, it's revealed that Dr. Wily is the cause. Stealing the third line and refitting them for battle, Wily uses the stolen materials to finish Gamma so he could take over the world. Though Gemini and the rest of the third line's fates are relatively unknown post-Mega Man 3, supplementary material as well as spin-off games imply that they were all rebuilt.
In various material such as the Robot Master Field Guide, Mega Man & Bass CD Database, and the Mega Man Official Complete Works, Gemini is described as a overconfident, conceited narcissist who sometimes conjures up his holographic clones in order to admire himself. He's also described as elegant in spite of his attitude. He can make up to four clones2.
Personal Interpretation
Headcanons based on canon
While there are a few intricacies I have with Gemini, there's two main headcanons I have that are most relevant and related to canon. The first is the fact that, with the sole exception of Shadow Man, is how the third line was created by both Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. With them being a collaborative effort, I feel like there'd be a lot of interesting dichotomies and dissonances thanks to the two doctors' highly contradictory philosophies. After all, Dr. Light wants a world with peaceful human-robot relationships whereas Dr. Wily cares more about his creations having raw power to show his talent as a roboticist. In how that would relate to Gemini, I feel like his outwardly terrible personality and half of his powers would be thanks to Wily, but his mostly humanoid appearance as well as interests in "shiny things" is a labor of love from Dr. Light. These conflicting elements are what make Gemini (and the rest of the third line) himself.
The second and considerably biggest one is how Gemini's clones work. While I'll get into a particular aspect of the clones in the fandom exploration section, I'll break down the functional aspects in a few parts. The first part will be using game data to explore this section of the headcanon. Gemini's boss fight has two phases: One where he has his clone and one where the clone disappears. Although various supplementary material describe Gemini's clone as "holographic", both Gemini and the clone are able to make contact damage against Rock in the battle. So I interpret that Gemini's clone can turn into solid light or make themselves "physical" with pressurized energy. Using Gemini's health as a metric, his clone doesn't disappear from the fight until he's at half health. (14/28) With him not being able to summon another clone, it gives me the impression that having a clone active is very energy-intensive on Gemini. So I headcanon that the having a clone active is worth half his energy in order to have one out. While not a big deal in most scenarios, it does get tricky with combat as Gemini needs to keep his health up in order to not lose a valuable clone.
The second part relates first in regards to Gemini needing health/energy. Going with game data again, it doesn't matter which Gemini you shoot as long as one takes damage in order for the clone to disappear. They're both able to take damage from Mega Buster shots and the clone dissipates no matter which Gemini had taken damage. So I have the impression that any and all clones Gemini makes are connected

Headcanons based on supplementary material and offficial content
This section revolves around headcanons based on canon information, but from supplementary material as well as official content such as beta content so the "canonicity" status of the information is dubious. While we don't get much of Gemini's personality in most games, we do get it a lot from both the Mega Man & Bass CD Database and Super Adventure Rockman.

Headcanons from fandom exploration
Here are headcanons that are just my personal Interpretation, ideas, and other such that, while maybe inspired by canon, is completely based on nothing but my own vibes and "what if it was like this" scenarios.
(AKA, I pulled them out of my ass.)
For Gemini,
Duplico
Born from RP shenanigans and the previously mentioned headcanon that Gemini's clones aren't intended to have their own personalities, Duplico is a half-canon half-OC take on a single clone having their own mind separate from Gemini. It was a bit necessary as it would be hard to interact to Gemini's clones for RP if they were completely blank slates that only echoed Gemini that you might as well talk to Gemini himself. That being said, I've gotten to enjoy Duplico and my ideas for him so I'm including him in his own mini-profile and section here.
To start with in-universe origins, Duplico came about from a minor glitch in Gemini's cloning system. This glitch allowed Duplico to have his own identity despite never meaning to exist. (The best comparison to my mind is something akin to Missingno, albeit more destructive to Gemini's emotional state than physically damaging.) Though a completely separate entity from Gemini, his status as Gemini's clone gives him access to Gemini's emotions, thoughts, and physical feelings. This access along with said status as a clone has made it Duplico's self-imposed mission to make Gemini's deepest desires a reality. However, due to his nature as empty data unintentionally given sapience, his actions end up making Gemini miserable instead thanks to heavily misunderstanding why Gemini would try to avoid persuing his desires to begin with. It also doesn't help that Duplico's extreme naïveté creates problems in terms of how Duplico approaches what he thinks would satisfy Gemini's repressed wants. (An example would be trying to get Gemini more friends in attempting to befriend more unsavory and considerably dangerous Robot Masters posing as Gemini himself.)
These actions cause a lot of irritation and stress to Gemini that he wishes Duplico would just leave him alone. However, fearing that Wily would reprogram him or worse, tries to hide the fact that Duplico exists in order to keep himself safe. So Gemini endures a lot frustration that his stupid clone gets them into. He tries to keep Duplico from roaming free often in an attempt to keep him from causing trouble. Duplico, however, is persistent in giving what Gemini wants so it's a constant back and forth between the two. Despite it all, Duplico does truly want Gemini to be happy.
Personality-wise, Duplico is the complete opposite of Gemini. Though little awkward with no understanding of social cues, he is rather social and kind always trying to make others happy along with Gemini. This total extreme end of the spectrum compared to Gemini makes it clear to other Robot Masters that it's Duplico. Though many of them don't understand the full context of how and why Duplico exists, it does creep them out seeing a clone with Gemini's face acting so nice. They're not used to Gemini being anything other than a bitch. Duplico also tends to tolerate a lot of things. It is very rare that he will put his foot down and get annoyed/angry at something.
Although Duplico is a clone and therefore has Gemini's appearance, there are three things that differentiate the two. First is that Duplico has muted colors from Gemini himself, fitting as a solidified hologram. Second is that Duplico talks with a reverb effect to his voice. I use italics to showcase this in writing and art. Third is that Duplico has a small beauty mark on his left cheek. It is assumed the glitch that created Duplico has also created this small mark.
The last part with Duplico is that, despite being the one who named himself, he doesn't actually like to imagine himself different from Gemini. He only named himself separately from Gemini because of both Gemini trying to distance any actions he faulty clone does and because of other Robot Masters getting confused which Gemini to refer to. Any denial or insistence that Duplico is not Gemini is where the rare instances of Duplico getting angry come in. It's his job to exist for his host after all. The thought of himself not being Gemini scares him.
